Learn & Earn provides self-paced digital skills training. The Site allows you to request information about our program; a member of our team will follow up with you directly regarding enrollment, pricing, and program details. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a binding sale — any enrollment is governed by a separate agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this Site or enroll in our program.

5. Guarantees & Marketing Claims Bind Only Under a Signed Agreement

Any statement on the Site describing a guarantee, refund policy, or specific program feature is marketing description only and does not itself create a binding legal offer. The actual terms of any guarantee, refund policy, or enrollment (if any) are set out exclusively in the signed enrollment agreement provided to you at the time of purchase, which controls over any statement made on the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARN AND EARN & ASSOCIATES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRAINING PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn and Earn & Associates LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
